1、Mission（使命）

A lifetime savings and compounding vehicle for partners.

3、Values（价值观）

When proper temperament joins with proper intellectual framework, then you get rational behavior.

当合适的性格（Think Independently）与合适的智力框架（Think Correctly）结合在一起时，行为才会理性。

（1）Think Independently（独立的脑回路）

You’re neither right nor wrong because people agree with you or disagree with you.

你的正确与否并不取决于别人是否同意或反对你。

（2）Think Correctly（正确的脑回路）

You’re right because your facts and reasoning are right.

你之所以正确，是因为你的事实与推理正确。

思考是一种本能，不能把思考当作目标，就像Rudyard Kipling的诗句：If you can think—and not make thoughts your aim（如果你能思考——而不把思考当作你的目标）。
